B2Gold completed the acquisition of a stake in the Gramalote Project from AngloGold Ashanti, for $60m.

B2Gold, a low-cost international senior gold producer, completed the acquisition of a stake in the Gramalote Project, a gold development project, from AngloGold Ashanti, an independent and global gold mining company, for $60m. The Transaction is in line with B2Gold’s strategy of executing on accretive opportunities, increasing Mineral Reserves and Resources and continuing to advance development projects.
