Arthur J. Gallagher completed the acquisition of Eastern Insurance Group from Eastern Bank.

Arthur J. Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, completed the acquisition of Eastern Insurance Group, an independent insurance agency, from Eastern Bank, an independent, mutually owned bank in New England.
