WILsquare Capital-backed Versare Solutions completed the acquisition of Screenflex Portable Partitions.

WILsquare Capital-backed Versare Solutions, a company that manufactures and distributes furniture and fixtures for education, office, hotel and house-of-worship markets through online sales, completed the acquisition of Screenflex Portable Partitions, a manufacturer of portable room dividers and an innovator in the space-efficiency industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to partner with Screenflex.
