NICE Systems, a provider of intent-based solutions that capture and analyze client interactions and transactions for businesses, completed the acquisition of VoAPPs, a developer of voice applications for mobile phones and landlines, from Panoramic Ventures, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
