A&M Capital Partners cmpleted the acquisition of a stake in VTG from The Jordan Company.

A&M Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in VTG, a defence and space manufacturing company, from The Jordan Company, a middle-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I have never been more enthusiastic or optimistic about VTG's future.
