IFC completed the $91m investment in Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail.

IFC, an international financial institution that offers investment, advisory, and asset-management services to encourage private-sector development in less developed countries, completed the $91m investment in Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, a branded apparel retailer. The investment will be used to fund the company’s acquisition of TCNS Clothing.
