Computershare to acquire Solium Capital from Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.

Computershare, a global market in transfer agency and share registration, agreed to acquire Solium Capital, a provider of software-as-a-service for equity administration, from Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, an investment bank and financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The clients and team from Solium Capital UK are a natural fit for Computershare and will help us further enhance our ability to provide market-leading share plans to clients in the UK and Europe."
