Wynnchurch Capital-backed Trimlite completed the acquisition of Francis-Schulze.

Wynnchurch Capital-backed Trimlite, a manufacturer and distributor of residential doors and door products, completed the acquisition of Francis-Schulze, a distributor of wholesale building materials to lumber dealers, home centers and door specialists.
