KKR-backed Bettcher Industries completed the acquisition of MHM Automation for NZD151.36m.

KKR-backed Bettcher Industries, a developer and manufacturer of precision cutting and trimming tools and other equipment for the food processing industry, completed the acquisition of MHM Automation, an agritech and industrial engineering company, for NZD151.36m. “We have been driving a strategy at MHM to diversify the products we design and sell, the sectors we operate in and the geographies we serve.
