Cubico Sustainable Investments completed the acquisition of three operational projects from Brookfield.

Cubico Sustainable Investments, a renewable energy and water infrastructure company, completed the acquisition of three operational projects, two wind farms and one solar PV plant, from Brookfield, a company that owns and operates renewable power assets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is another important milestone for Cubico, significantly strengthening our position as the largest private owner of renewables in Uruguay and one of the largest in the world," Javier Pérez del Castillo, Cubico Uruguay Country Manager.
