Oceano Seafood completed the acquisition of Sea Fresh.

Oceano Seafood, an international fishing and processing conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Sea Fresh, a processor of fresh, wild-caught Loligo Squid. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Oceano has been a customer of ours for several years and we are excited to be their first acquisition in the U.S. market.
