Pacific Equity Partners-backed Altus, a traffic management company, completed the acquisition of Shield Traffic, a provider of traffic management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This investment will help us continue to build upon our already strong foundations in regional Queensland. It means Altus has access to additional capacity and some immensely talented people to continue to grow and expand its impact across the state," Ben Marsonet, Altus CEO.
