Grupo Fuertes and Magic Costa Blanca completed the acquisition of Marina d'Or tourist complex from Farallon Capital Management.

Grupo Fuertes, a agri-food sector focused company, and Magic Costa Blanca, a hotel group, completed the acquisition of Marina d'Or, a tourist complex, from Farallon Capital Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Both companies will join together with the aim of relaunching this project under a new tourism concept and placing it among the best holiday complexes in Europe," Grupo Fuertes.
