Battery Ventures to acquire Skalar Analytical, PromoChrom Technologies and LCTech.

Battery Ventures, a global, technology-focused investment firm, to acquire Skalar Analytical, a Dutch instrument manufacturer, PromoChrom Technologies, a research and product development company, and LCTech, a sample research company.
