Italiana Petroli, an Italian operator in the fuel and mobility sector, completed the acquisition of fuel and refining assets and busines of Esso italiana. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased with this acquisition, through which our Group will be joined by very high quality people, competencies and production assets.
