Atalante Hotels completed the acquisition of Novotel Mechelen and Ibis Namur.

Atalante Hotels, an operator, investor, and hotel owner that provides investment, management, redeployment, and sales-building services, completed the acquisition of Novotel Mechelen, a hotel located along the Dijle River and in the heart of Mechelen, and Ibis Namur, a hotel located in Belgium. Financial terms were not disclosed.
