Bendon, an American children's consumer products industry, completed the acquisition of Primary Colors Cookie and Candy, a company that designs, develops, and markets innovative cookies, candy, and snacks with the most recognizable licensed brands worldwide, business from Primary Color Design, a food and beverage exporter. Financial terms were not disclosed.
