AVM Associati, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Savini Tartufi, a truffle products maker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Italian Fine Food was born with the ambition to enhance and realize the great potential and excellence of Made in Italy in food and quality products.
