BHS PE Fund and Versute Investments completed the acquisition of Altran from Capgemini.

BHS PE Fund, a private equity fund, and Versute Investments, an investment and advisory company, completed the acquisition of Altran, a European innovation and engineering consulting firm, from Capgemini, an information technology services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Altran CZ was a complex transaction with aspects of carve out, MBO and LBO. We therefore required comprehensive legal guidance.
