Trinity Bank completed the acquisition of VIA UNA Na Příkopě from Commerz Real.

Trinity Bank, a provider of checking account, savings account, loans, financing solutions, and internet banking services, completed the acquisition of VIA UNA Na Příkopě, an elegant office & retail building is located in the heart of Prague's historic city centre, from Commerz Real, a financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We want to respect the positive history of this place, where František Palacký and Ferenc Liszt frequented Prague's most famous cafe "Cafe francais". We want to revive the building and bring it closer to the people of Prague, so we are planning various cultural events, social gatherings and "pop-up" activities here," Radomír Lapčík, Trinity Bank Founder and Chairman.
