Kelso & Co-backed Armada Materials, a producer of aggregates, asphalt, and other infrastructure materials and services, completed the acquisition of Volunteer Materials, Volunteer Paving, Volunteer Sand and Gravel, Volunteer Concrete, Action Enterprise Company, and TMC Construction Services, a provider of road paving and striping services.
