Hamburger Energiewerke to acquire a 50.1% stake in ane.energy.

Hamburger Energiewerke, a municipal energy supplier, agreed to acquire a 50.1% stake in ane.energy, an energy trading company that provides green electricity and renewable energy services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The 2022 financial year was by far the most successful.
