Dover, a conglomerate manufacturer of industrial products, completed the acquisition of FW Murphy, a provider of control, remote monitoring, digital-twin-based predictive maintenance, from Genisys Controls, an operator of a group of subsidiaries in diversified sectors, for $530m.
