Centre Lane Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of housewares and appliance businesses from Instant Brands, a company selling a range of kitchen appliances. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe our Company's sale to Centre Lane Partners represents the best path forward for our customers, retail partners, suppliers and employees.
