NICE Systems completed the acquisition of LiveVox from Golden Gate Capital for $378m.

NICE Systems, a provider of intent-based solutions that capture and analyze client interactions and transactions for businesses, completed the acquisition of LiveVox, a provider of combined omnichannel communications, CRM, and WFO, from Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, for $378m. “The successful completion of this acquisition is a major milestone for NICE as we continue to execute on our strategic vision, further cementing our leadership position.
