Rhenus Logistics completed the acquisition of Modul Transport from L.R.J. Trading.

Rhenus Logistics, a global logistics provider, completed the acquisition of Modul Transport, a transportation company, from L.R.J. Trading. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is another step on our journey to grow into one of the big players in the Nordic market.
