Fredensborg to acquire Heimstaden ehf. from Heimstaden for $137m.

Fredensborg, a real estate investment company, agreed to acquire Heimstaden ehf, a residential real estate company in Iceland, from Heimstaden, a residential real estate manager and investor, for $137m. "The sale of Heimstaden’s Icelandic portfolio offers an attractive opportunity to accelerate our exit from the Icelandic market, advance our deleveraging, and capture a significant portion of the ongoing exit strategy's upside," Helge Krogsbøl, Heimstaden CEO.
