RAP Industrials, a Manufacturer in Peterborough, England, agreed to acquire Repair Maintenance & Overhaul, a distributor of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics, instrumentation, and engineering consumables, covering all MRO products, and Gatley Fluid Power, a Hydraulic equipment supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed.
