RAP Industrials to acquire Repair Maintenance & Overhaul and Gatley Fluid Power.

RAP Industrials, a Manufacturer in Peterborough, England, agreed to acquire Repair Maintenance & Overhaul, a distributor of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics, instrumentation, and engineering consumables, covering all MRO products, and Gatley Fluid Power, a Hydraulic equipment supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to have completed a going concern sale of the businesses, which secures the continued employment of a loyal and skilled workforce in these challenging economic times, particularly for the trade distributor sector," James Hichens, RAP Industrials Administrator.
