AVK Group, a specialist in the production of valves, hydrants for the water & gas distribution network and wastewater treatment, completed the acquisition of Bayard, a provider of wide range of products and services for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of water networks, and Belgicast, a manufacturer of various types of valves like butterfly, gate, and check valves and provides sewage and irrigation solutions, from Triton Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
