Skanem to acquire Bergen Plastics and Heger.

Skanem, an international labelling and packaging group, agreed to acquire Bergen Plastics, a packaging company, and Heger, a medical supply company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Skanem’s strategy is to take an active role within sustainable packaging. We are therefore very happy to have found two well-established and profitable packaging producers in Norway.
