Bodycote failed to acquire Stack Metallurgical Group for $79m.

Bodycote, a provider of heat treatment and specialist thermal processing services, failed to acquire Stack Metallurgical Group, a provider of HIP, heat treatment and metal finishing services, for $79m. Bodycote has agreed with Stack Metallurgical Group not to complete the acquisition of the business due to a failure to satisfy all closing conditions to the agreement.
