Bodycote completed the acquisition of Lake City HT for $66m.

Bodycote, a supplier of heat treatments, metal joining, hot isostatic pressing and coatings services, completed the acquisition of Lake City HT, a hot isostatic pressing and vacuum heat treatment business, for $66m. "Completion of the acquisition of Lake City HT is an exciting further step in our strategy to grow our Specialist Technologies businesses and footprint.
