Agilitas-backed Aeven to acquire Sentia.

Agilitas-backed Aeven, an adaptive digital IT infrastructure solutions provider, agreed to acquire Sentia, a supplier of cloud solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Yet another milestone in the history of Aeven has been reached today with the agreement to acquire Sentia. The acquisition will add further expertise to our cloud service delivery – to the benefit of both Sentia’s and Aeven’s clients.
