Nippon Yusen to acquire a 40% stake in Dualog from Norinnova.

Nippon Yusen, a Japanese shipping company, agreed to acquire a 40% stake in Dualog, a Tromsø-based maritime SaaS business, from Norinnova, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dualog has been backed by Norinnova since its inception in 1994, and has successfully transitioned from being a small national player to becoming a global name in the maritime digitalization space.
