LLR Partners-backed Celero Commerce to acquire Finical.

LLR Partners-backed Celero Commerce, a full-service, integrated electronic commerce solutions provider powered by edge technology, agreed to acquire Finical, a provider of credit card processing services and merchant solutions for all traditional and online businesses.
