Phoenix Tower International to acquire NOVEC from NOVEC.

Phoenix Tower International, a global wireless communications infrastructure provider, agreed to acquire NOVEC, the German subsidiary of NOVEC. Financial terms were not disclosed. "NOVEC is pleased to announce that we have found in PTI a strong strategic investor that can support NOVEC GmbH in its further growth ambitions in Germany," Gertjan Hoefman, NOVEC CEO.
