Sycamore-backed Dick's Lumber completed the acquisition of ZyTech Building Systems from TriWest Capital.

Sycamore-backed Dick's Lumber, a lumber and building materials supply company, completed the acquisition of ZyTech Building Systems, a designer, manufacturer of high quality engineered products for residential and commercial builders, from TriWest Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ZyTech is known for providing customers with superior service and high-quality products. We are looking forward to better serving our customers through the combined Dick's Lumber and ZyTech enterprise," Paul McKeown, Dick's Lumber President.
