Wind Point Partners to acquire Assisi Pet Care.

Wind Point Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Assisi Pet Care, a manufacturer of natural cat and dog foods and treats. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Peter and the Assisi management team have built an outstanding business that sits at an exciting inflection point.
