Vivalto Partners and Amundi completed the acquisition of a stake in CBA Informatique Libérale from Five Arrows.

Vivalto Partners, an independent management company dedicated to healthcare investments, and Amundi, a French asset management company, completed the acquisition of a stake in CBA Informatique Libérale, a provider of SaaS/hardware solutions for private practice healthcare professionals in France covering their administrative, patient management and billing functions, from Five Arrows, a closed private equity fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. This new round of financing will enable CBA, which has been run since 2016 by Caroline Birling, to continue improving solutions for its customers and diversifying its offering.
