Vortex Capital Partners-backed MyBit Group, a specialist in custom software development, completed the acquisition of Ibuildings, a provider of custom software to companies and institutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Developing and managing state-of-the-art business-critical applications, robust development quality, passion for technology, this calling card from Ibuildings fits seamlessly with the DNA of the MyBit Group.
