NMI to acquire Sphere's Commercial Division from Sphere.

NMI, a full commerce enablement company, agreed to acquire Sphere's Commercial Division, a business unit serving primarily non-integrated SMB retail customers, from Sphere, a provider of end-to-end integrated payments and software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sphere's founding mission is to revolutionize software integration for smoother and more secure payment experiences in key industries," Andrew Rueff, Sphere Executive Chairman.
