Crest Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in companies with sustainable business models and a dedicated management team, completed the acquisition of NIBBLE, a distributor of products such as sirens, fire alarm panel firewalls, fire detection systems, communicators, and LED lighting. Financial terms were not disclosed.
