ShoreView Industries completed the acquisition of P&F Industries for $50m.

ShoreView Industries, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of P&F Industries, a manufacturer and importer of air-powered tools and accessories sold principally to the aerospace, industrial, automotive, and retail markets, for $50m. "The closing of this transaction represents the beginning of a new chapter for P&F, and we are excited for what the future holds.
