HIG Capital, a global alternative investment firm, completed the investment in The Grounds Real Estate Development, a real estate investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe that the German residential market is at an inflection point and should offer numerous investment opportunities and are excited to partner with The Grounds and its strong management team to invest in value-add opportunities with a focus on the Berlin residential market,” Riccardo Dallolio, HIG Realty Managing Director and Head of Europe.
