Mesa Labs, a manufacturer of life science tools and critical quality control solutions, completed the acquisition of sterilization indicators business and independent testing lab SAL from GKE, a developer and manufacturer of cleaning and sterilisation process monitoring products for the medical device industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
