Blue Wolf and Stonepeak completed the acquisition of LOGISTEC for $897m.

Blue Wolf, a private equity firm, and Stonepeak, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of LOGISTEC, a container cargo handling company, for $897m. “LOGISTEC has a well-earned reputation for operational excellence providing marine and environmental services across critical infrastructure and industrial markets.
