Blue Wolf Capital-backed RHA Health Services, a provider of a comprehensive network of support services for people with intellectual developmental disabilities, completed the acquisition of Group Home and Independent Living Program business segments of Just Home Healthcare Services, a provider of medically-focused adult day health and in‐home personal care services, from H.I.G. Growth Partners, the dedicated growth capital investment affiliate of H.I.G. Capital.
