KKR-backed BlueSprig Pediatrics completed the acquisition of Trumpet Behavioral Health from MTS-TBH.

KKR-backed BlueSprig Pediatrics, a company that provides assessments and services that are unique to the needs and learning styles of every child, completed the acquisition of Trumpet Behavioral Health, a company that offers autism treatments, from MTS-TBH, a New York-based healthcare private equity firm.
