Nextalia-backed IBF Servizi completed the acquisition of Abaco from Idea Taste of Italy.

Nextalia-backed IBF Servizi, an organization that delivers technological consultation and services for agricultural enhancement, completed the acquisition of Abaco, a European company specializing in software solutions for the management and control of resources, from Idea Taste of Italy, an Italian closed-end investment fund.
